Phase 02
Govern
Move fast. With guardrails.
AI without guardrails is a liability — and guardrails nobody reads are worse. We write the policy, governance cadence and ethics guidelines with the people who have to follow them, in plain language, for the tools you actually use.

AI acceptable-use policy. Governance framework and review cadence. Risk and ethics guidelines. AI principles built into your HR and operational documents.
Phase 03
Train
Build capability that lasts.
Every person needs a different relationship with AI — from the board to the front line. Role-based training, plus a network of AI champions who keep the momentum going after we've gone.
What you get:
All-staff AI literacy. Leadership sessions. Function-specific tracks for teams like marketing, operations and people. An AI champions programme.
Phase 04
Build
Prove it in your own workflows.
We redesign one to three priority workflows with your teams in hands-on labs, test them safely, and measure what changes. Then we help you tell the story internally — so adoption spreads because people want it, not because they were told.
What you get:
Workflow labs on 1–3 priority use cases. Prompt libraries and playbooks. Internal comms toolkit. A clear go/no-go recommendation for scale.
